Nitesh Jain ("Utsav") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect whatever you enter or upload to make your video — typically names, dates, venue details and photos — along with your WhatsApp number for delivery and support.

How we use it

Solely to produce and deliver your video invitation, and to respond to support questions. We don't sell your information, and we don't use your photos for anything beyond your order unless you separately agree to be featured.

Payment data

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We don't store your card, UPI or bank details — Razorpay handles that directly.

Retention

We keep order details and delivered files for a reasonable period to handle support requests, then remove them.
