These terms govern the use of getutsav.com and the video invitation service provided by Nitesh Jain ("Utsav", "we", "us"), a Sole proprietorship.

The service

Utsav sells pre-designed animated video invitation templates. You pick a template, fill in your event details, and preview the result before paying. Once payment is confirmed, we prepare your final video and deliver it over WhatsApp, typically within 24 hours.

Orders and payment

Payment is collected upfront through Razorpay at the time you place your order. Production starts only once payment is confirmed and you've submitted the details we need through the order form.

Your content

You're responsible for the accuracy of names, dates, venues and any photos you send us, and for having the right to use any photos you share. We use them only to produce your video.

Intellectual property

Template designs remain the property of Nitesh Jain. Your finished, personalised video is yours to share and keep once delivered.

Support

We offer support over WhatsApp only — no phone calls or WhatsApp voice/video calls. We reply to WhatsApp messages as soon as we can — usually the same day. WhatsApp text messages only; we don't take phone calls or WhatsApp voice/video calls.
