Our policy

All sales are final. Each video invitation is custom-made for your event using the details you provide, so we don't offer refunds once an order is confirmed and payment is received.

Questions about an order

If something's wrong with your order — a mistake in the details you submitted, or an issue with delivery — message us on WhatsApp: +91 93027 98407. We reply to WhatsApp messages as soon as we can — usually the same day. WhatsApp text messages only; we don't take phone calls or WhatsApp voice/video calls.
